Abstract:
Provided is a flat-top type low pressure casting machine. A truss (14) is provided on one side of a frame (1), and a holding furnace is arranged in the frame. The frame comprises a guide rail (8) provided at a bottom of the frame, a furnace platform (10) cooperating with the guide rail, a furnace cover platform (4) arranged above the furnace platform and a four-column guide mechanism (2) which plays a supporting function. The truss comprises a trolley rail, a replacing lift tube manipulator (19) and a flask manipulator (18) cooperating with the flask. The holding furnace comprises a furnace body (7) and a furnace lid (13), wherein a tilting arm (12) is fixed on a side wall of the furnace body, and the tilting arm is connected with the hydraulic cylinder B (11). The low-pressure casting machine is featured by its stable movement, open working platform, and large operating space, and can realize automatic replacing and cleaning of the lift tube, automatic delivering of a flask, and automatic monitoring of whether there is leakage inside the flask. A holding smelting furnace can realize automatic control of the temperature of the molten metal in the holding furnace. At a high temperature of 1600 ℃, the lift tube can be used repeatedly, reducing production cost.
