Abstract:
A washer incorporating an RFID tag. In the washer-type tag, a circular plate that
has a screw insertion through-hole in its center is formed by press working, an
annular groove is formed in the plate so as to be coaxial with the through-hole,
and the RFID tag is sealed in the groove by a predetermined filling substance.
Thus, the washer-type tag incorporating the RFID tag can be easily formed. Also,
RFID tags can be easily attached to various devices in the same way as ordinary
washers by using the washer-type tag.
