Abstract:

Disclosed are a flat-wire continuous wave-wound staggered winding and a stator comprising the same, pertaining to the technical field of motor manufacturing. The flat-wire continuous wave-wound staggered winding comprises an incoming line end wire portion (101), an outgoing line end wire portion (102), and an S-shaped wave line (103). The S-shaped wave line (103) comprises an active side portion (301), a straight line portion (302), and an end portion (303). Staggered winding portions (104) are provided in the S-shaped wave line (103). The staggered winding portions (104) are arranged in a staggered manner in wires of each phase. The invention achieves single/three-phase control for a motor or a generator having different numbers of slots per pole and per phase, thereby simplifying a motor circuit and reducing manufacturing costs. The invention reduces the second harmonic and noise of a motor, thereby improving product quality.
