A flatness adjusting clamp (2210), a flatness adjusting apparatus (2200) and a flatness adjusting method for a battery casing (112), and a battery manufacturing system (2000). The flatness adjusting clamp (2210) comprises a module (2211), wherein an inner surface of the module (2211) forms a shaping space (22113), and is provided with a protruding structure (22114). An unsealed battery cell (11) with a battery casing (112) can enter or leave the shaping space (22113); and when the unsealed battery cell (11) is arranged in the shaping space (22113), a recessed position (1121) of the battery casing (112) is arranged corresponding to the protruding structure (22114), and the protruding structure (22114) is configured to abut against the bulged recessed position (1121). During shaping, the recessed position (1121) of the battery casing (112) is bulged, the bulged recessed position (1121) abuts against the protruding structure (22114) of the shaping space (22113), and the shape of the original recessed position (1121) matches that of the protruding structure (22114).
