Abstract:
A flatness detection apparatus (100) for detecting the flatness of a workpiece (200) placed thereon. The flatness detection apparatus (100) comprises a rack (10), a positioning mechanism (20), and a detection mechanism (30). The positioning mechanism (20) is disposed on the rack (10), and the detection mechanism (30) is disposed in the rack (10). The positioning mechanism (20) comprises a bottom plate (21), an insulating plate (22), a profiling block (23), and a cover plate (24). The detection mechanism (30) comprises a bottom plate conductive bar (34) and a detection conductive bar (35), the bottom plate conductive bar (34) being disposed on the rack (10) and connected to the bottom plate (21), and the detection conductive bar (35) being disposed on the rack (10) and passing through the bottom plate (21) and the insulating plate (22) to connect to the profiling block (23). The flatness detection apparatus (100) positions a workpiece (200) above the profiling block (23), downwardly presses the workpiece (200) towards the profiling block (23) by means of the cover plate (24), and detects the workpiece (200) by means of the detection mechanism (30). The present invention features a simple structure and a convenient-to-read result, and is easy to operate, such that fast detection of the flatness of a workpiece is implemented, and the detection efficiency is improved.
