Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flattening device and a flattening method and, specifically, to a method for flattening raw materials charged in a container, the method comprising the steps of: inserting a leveler into one side of the container; lowering an insert provided in the leveler and inserting the insert into the raw materials; and generating vibration of the insert. By the present invention, charging density and charging level of raw materials can be made uniform.
