Abstract:
The present invention relates to flavanone derivatives and a preparation method and use thereof, and in particular relates to the compound as shown in formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition thereof, the preparation method thereof and use thereof in preventing or treating mental disorders and nervous system diseases. The compound of the present invention has significant reaction activity for inhibiting microglial cell activation and neuroinflammation, can antagonize dopamine II receptors and improve the behavioral changes in animal models with multiple mental disorders, can effectively inhibit neuroinflammation and myelinoclasis, and can be used to prevent or treat mental disorders and nervous system diseases.
