Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a flavoring preparation apparatus with which a plurality of preparation materials can be prepared as if cooked by consumers, enabling flavorings to be prepared in line with the preferences or tastes of consumers; and with which the aroma of flavorings can be adjusted or controlled with good accuracy without depending on rules of thumb. [Solution] A flavoring preparation apparatus (10) is capable of forming a flavoring by preparing a plurality of types of preparation materials constituting the flavoring. The flavoring preparation apparatus (10) is provided with material discharge pumps (40), which are provided for each preparation material; a preparation ratio setting means (120) with which a preparation ratio for the preparation materials can be set; and a discharge quantity control means (130) for controlling the discharge quantities of the preparation materials in each material discharge pump (40) in accordance with the preparation ratio set by the preparation ratio setting means (120).
