Abstract:
A flexible array substrate and a display apparatus. The flexible array substrate comprises: a substrate (1); an insulating layer (2), which is disposed on the substrate (1) and which is provided with a stepped through hole (2a, 2b); an organic photoresist (3), which is provided in the stepped through hole (2a, 2b) of the insulating layer (2) on the substrate (1); a source drain electrode trace (4), which is arranged above the organic photoresist (3); an organic photoresist layer (5), which is arranged above the source drain electrode trace (4); a photosensitive adhesive layer (6), which is arranged above the organic photoresist layer (5); and a stress buffer layer (7), which is correspondingly arranged above the source drain electrode trace (4).
