Abstract:
A flexible branch drilling tool, comprising a drill bit (5) and a flexible section, wherein the flexible section comprises multiple power short sections (2) driven by hydraulic pressure, and multiple turning sections (3). Adjacent power short sections (2) are connected by means of the turning sections (3), and the flexible section is mounted at the front end of a rigid drill string (1). The rigid drill string (1) applies weight on bit to the drill bit (5), and a rotational torque is generated by the power short sections (2) and applied to the drill bit (5); the weight on bit and the rotational torque are applied to the drill bit (5) respectively and independently, such that the weight on bit and the rotational torque applied to the drill bit (5) have good controllability; the turning sections (3) are arranged between the multiple power short sections (2), and each turning short section (3) and power short section (2) are short, thereby shortening the length of the rigid section of the overall drilling tool, and allowing construction of a small-curvature radius wellbore that is difficult for conventional power drilling tools.
