Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of membranes, and provides a flexible carbon nanotube-functionalized conductive hollow fiber membrane and a preparation method therefor. A polymer hollow fiber membrane having a pore size of 100-2,000 nm is used as a support, a surface function layer of the hollow fiber membrane is carbon nanotubes, the surface function layer of the hollow fiber membrane is loaded on the surface of the support, and the carbon nanotubes are co-crosslinked by means of polyvinyl alcohol and succinic acid. Carbon nanotubes of different tube diameters are sucked to the support by means of vacuum filtration to form carbon nanotube function layers of different thicknesses according to needs; afterwards, a polyvinyl alcohol solution having a mass concentration of 0.2%-1% is subjected to suction filtration, and is then soaked in a succinic acid solution having a mass concentration of 1% for 1 h; and then, the product is taken out, cleaned with deionized water, and dried and cured at 60°C to obtain the flexible carbon nanotube-functionalized conductive hollow fiber membrane. The hollow fiber membrane of the present invention features simple preparation steps, high stability and mechanical strength, excellent hydrophilicity and conductivity, and low preparation costs.
