The present disclosure relates to a flexible circuit board, comprising a first region extending in a first direction; in the first direction, the first region comprises a binding area and a wiring area which are adjacently arranged; in a second direction, at least one side of the binding area is provided with a conductive functional area, the conductive functional area being electrically connected to a ground wire in the wiring area for the purpose of grounding, and the second direction and the first direction being arranged at an angle; the flexible circuit board comprises a substrate layer, and the conductive functional area comprises two conductive layers located on at least one side of the substrate layer, the two conductive layers being electrically connected by means of a via hole. The present disclosure further relates to a display module and a display apparatus.
