Abstract:
The present invention is applicable to the technical field of flexible conductive thin films. Disclosed are a stretchable and ultra-sensitive flexible conductive thin film based on silver powder and PDMS, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing silver powder, a PDMS prepolymer and a PDMS curing agent; grinding, cleaning and drying the silver powder, adding same into the PDMS prepolymer for uniform mixing, and then adding the PDMS curing agent for uniform mixing to obtain a liquid-state flexible conductive thin film; and uniformly coating the liquid-state flexible conductive thin film to a set thickness, and then performing curing to obtain a flexible conductive thin film. The flexible conductive thin film comprises silver powder and a PDMS film substrate, wherein the silver powder is uniformly dispersed in the PDMS thin film substrate. The flexible conductive thin film based on silver powder and PDMS and the preparation method therefor provided in the present invention have a simple preparation process, do not involve harmful chemical reagents, and have low requirements on a device, and the products prepared thereby have a good performance in terms of conductivity and stretchability.
