Disclosed is a flexible direct-current converter valve structure, comprising: a tower-structure converter valve assembly, and vertical insulation supports arranged between and under tower structural layers, wherein intersecting pull rods are arranged between the vertical insulation supports; each layer of the tower-structure converter valve assembly comprises: two insulating channel-beam frames placed in parallel; power unit modules arranged back to back and in series, wherein the power unit modules are located on the insulating channel-beam frames to form a converter valve assembly; and an interlayer shielding structure on the periphery of the layer. The flexible direct-current converter valve can meet the requirement of unlimited extendibility. The insulating channel-beam frames have a low weight, a stable structure and an increased weight-bearing capacity, effectively saving on materials, reducing costs and improving the overall shock resistance of a converter valve. A compact IGBT press-fitting structure reduces the occupation of land to the maximum in terms of space. A shielding-type equalizer circuit realizes the uniform voltage distribution of serial power units and reduces the influence of stray capacitance on the voltage distribution of the serial power units in the converter valve.
