Abstract:
Various embodiments of the present disclosure may include: a flexible display; a first housing disposed in a first area of the flexible display; a second housing slidable with respect to the first housing and supporting a second area of the flexible display; a memory; and a processor operatively connected to at least one of the flexible display or the memory. According to an embodiment, the processor may operate to: determine a state of the slide electronic device in response to an event for displaying a background screen; display the background screen on the basis of the state of the slide electronic device; detect a state change of the slide electronic device; provide a transition effect to the background screen during the state change of the slide electronic device; or display different background screens in response to the state change of the slide electronic device. Various embodiments are possible.
