Abstract:
A preparation method for a flexible display panel. The method comprises: using a chemical vapour deposition method and controlling the temperature between 650°C to 750°C, so that an organic dimer vapour forms, on an anode layer (11), a polymer as a microcavity adjustment layer (20). The structural formula of an organic dimer is as shown in formula 1, wherein R represents at least one of H, F, Cl and Br. A cathode protection layer (30) and an encapsulation and filling layer (50) may also be obtained using the same material and steps. By means of preparing a flexible OLED microcavity adjustment layer, a cathode protection layer and an encapsulation and filling layer using the same material, the processing difficulty can be reduced.
