Abstract:
A flexible double-junction solar cell, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a flexible substrate including a lower electrode layer; an InGaAs solar cell in contact with the lower electrode layer of the flexible substrate; and a GaAs solar cell disposed on the InGaAs solar cell and connected in series with the InGaAs solar cell. The GaAs solar cell includes a metal nano disk array formed on the lower surface thereof, and an empty space array aligned with the metal nano disk array is disposed under the metal nano disk array.
