Abstract:

A flexible electrode, a fabrication method thereof, electronic skin and a flexible display device, solubilizing a conductive polymer using an ionic liquid; adding a nano metal material to the solubilized conductive polymer to form a dispersing liquid of the conductive polymer containing the nano metal material; and transferring the dispersing liquid onto a substrate for curing to form the flexible electrode. In the flexible electrode, the flexible performance of the conductive polymer is used, so the formed flexible electrode can have good ductility and elasticity; in addition, the nano metal material is dispersed in the conductive polymer and the defect of lower conductivity of a conductive polymer material is overcome by the nano metal material, so the flexible electrode has good conductivity. Therefore, the flexible electrode has better flexibility and excellent conductivity, and can be applied to a flexible display device as an electrode and a human body detection electronic device as electronic skin.
