Title:
FLEXIBLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/098279
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A biologically injectable thin-film device was perfected by the inventors of the present invention by laminating and printing an electroconducting wiring layer formed from a first electroconductive substance and a second electroconductive material selected from electroconductive carbon materials, electroconductive polymers, and metal nanoparticles on the surface of a discretionary substrate such as a glass substrate or a polymer film substrate. The total thickness of the laminated electroconducting wiring layer and the polymer thin film in the thin-film device is less than 100 μm. Using this device makes it possible to provide a bendable, flexible electronic device serving as a very small electrode or an antenna coil that is flexible and that can pass through the interior of a syringe needle.
