Abstract:
A flexible electronic paper display device, comprising a panel layer (1), an electrophoretic display medium layer (3), a lattice circuit layer (4) and an external circuit interface layer (5), wherein a liquid optical clear adhesive layer (2) is arranged between the panel layer (1) and the electrophoretic display medium layer (3), and the liquid optical clear adhesive layer (2) is filled with an organic silicon resin, an acrylate monomer and a tackifying resin in a mixed manner. The manufacturing method for a flexible electronic paper display device comprises the steps of: filling an optical adhesive resin, and performing optical irradiation, cutting and detachment; and finally forming a liquid optical clear adhesive layer (2) of a flexible electronic product. Flexible electronic paper has a smooth surface, and does not unexpectedly deform due to the transporting of a flexible electronic product, and the low thermal expansion and heat resistance of the flexible electronic product are improved. A liquid optical clear adhesive layer (2) of a final product has good adhesion, and when realizing seamless adhesion with an inner-layer circuit of a printed circuit board, the liquid optical clear adhesive layer can be adhered to or peeled off the printed circuit board with moderate strength, without being too hard or too soft.
