Abstract:
A flexible electrothermal cooking bag held by a conductive connection fixing member and being used for loading food to be cooked, the conductive connection fixing member comprising two enabling electrodes. The flexible electrothermal cooking bag comprises: at least one flexible substrate, having an exposed surface and a conductive contact surface opposite the exposed surface and having an advantage area in contact with the food to be cooked, wherein the exposed surface has conductive connection electrodes respectively corresponding to the enabling electrodes and respectively made of a conductive material; and a conductive heating portion formed in and/or on a surface of the flexible substrate, wherein the two ends of the conductive heating portion are respectively conductively bonded to the conductive connection electrodes, and the conductive heating portion has a resistivity greater than that of the conductive connection electrodes, so as to convert electric energy into heat energy when a current flows through the conductive heating portion for heating the food to be cooked.
