Abstract:
A flexible embedded touch control structure (25) and a method for making the same. The flexible embedded touch control structure (25) comprises a thin-film transistor (TFT) substrate (10), a flat layer (40), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) touch control layer (20), and a packaging layer (30). The OLED touch control layer (20) comprises an anode layer (21), a pixel definition layer (22), a luminous layer (23) and a cathode layer (24). The anode layer (21) comprises a plurality of anode units (211) and a plurality of touch control connecting lines (212), and the plurality of touch control connecting lines (212) are correspondingly disposed under the pixel definition layer (22). The cathode layer (24) comprises a plurality of touch control electrodes (241), and the touch control electrodes (241) are connected to the touch control connecting lines (212) respectively by means of a plurality of through holes (221) on the pixel definition layer (22) so as to form a touch control sensor structure (25). By integrating a touch control sensor into the center of a flexible panel, the instances of jointing inside the panel may be reduced, the overall thickness of the panel may be reduced, and the pliability of the panel is increased.
