Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a flexible expansion device and a manufacturing method therefor. The flexible expansion device comprises an inner bag; a stabilizing layer, a wear-resistant layer and a pressure-bearing layer are provided outside the inner bag; when one end of the inner bag is open and the other end thereof is blocked, the open end of the inner bag is sleeved outside one end of a connecting body, two ends of the connecting body are penetrated by a passage, one end of the pressure-bearing layer and one end of the wear-resistant layer are both locked in the middle of the connecting body by means of a locking member, and the other end of the pressure-bearing layer and the other end of the wear-resistant layer are both locked and closed; and when both ends of the inner bag are open, two ends of the inner bag are respectively sleeved outside one end of a connecting component, both ends of the pressure-bearing layer and both ends of the wear-resistant layer are locked on the corresponding connecting components by means of the locking member, both connecting components are connecting bodies, or one of the connecting components is a connecting body, and the other connecting component is a blocking head. The ends of said device have good sealing performance, and have advantages such as high lifting force, simple manufacture, small volume, light weight, large application space, and material reducing.
