Abstract:
Provided is a flexible flow production line for producing a ballastless track slab by means of a pre-tensioning method, the method comprising: a plurality of operation stations arranged according to a process order, a track arranged along the operation stations, and at least one transfer trolley moving on a track for transferring a track slab and/or a track slab mould, wherein the track is in head-to-tail connection to form an annular track (101), at least one auxiliary track connected to the annular track (101) is arranged, and the operation stations are arranged along the auxiliary track. Further provided is an operation method of a flexible flow production line for producing a ballastless track slab by means of a pre-tensioning method. The flow production line optimizes a rapid strain capacity during production and improves a utilization rate of an apparatus.
