Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a flexible hinge laminating process. The process comprises the following steps: (1) adjacently fixing positive electrode sheets and negative electrode sheets of a laminated battery onto a diaphragm in pairs and then transporting same to a feeding roller; (2) by means of the feeding roller, continuously transporting the diaphragm on which the positive electrode sheets and negative electrode sheets are fixed downward onto a laminating platform, and on the laminating platform, using a hinge four-bar mechanism to automatically complete the lamination of the positive electrode sheets and negative electrode sheets that are adjacently fixed onto the diaphragm. The process according to the present invention may achieve high-speed automatic lamination, laminating speed reaching 5-10 sheets/s, which is a substantial leap compared to the laminating speed of existing processes, thus being more beneficial in achieving the large-scale production of laminated batteries or capacitors; at the same time, the flexible hinge laminating process according to the present invention has a simple flow, requires a small number of added machinery structures and workstations, is low cost, is highly efficient, and the regularity of laminated sheets is high, fully using the features of the electrode sheets and diaphragm, greatly improving production efficiency, and being beneficial in meeting actual production requirements.
