Claims:
CLAIMS

1 - This invention relates to building systems developed against earthquakes, characterized in that it comprises;

- The flexible installations entry(3) which reaches the building system by passing from the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) located in the rigid structure zone(2), through the moving structure inner curtain(l .l) located in the moving structure(l), and which flexes by adapting to the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l) during an earthquake by virtue of its flexing property.

- The flexible installations exit(4) which leaves the building system by passing from the moving structure inner curtain(l . l) located in the moving structure(l), through the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) located in the rigid structure zone(2), and which flexes by adapting to the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l) during an earthquake by virtue of its flexing property.

- The articulated staircase landing(6.1) located on the entry staircase(6), which permits the oscillating movement of the moving structure(l) by moving together with the moving structure(l) during the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l), and

- The articulation system(6.3) which enables the connection of the articulated staircase landing(6.1) to the moving structure(l) and its articulated movement.

2- The articulated staircase landing(6.1) mentioned in Claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises; the landing movement mechanism(6.2) which is location between the articulated staircase landing(6.1) and the entry staircase(6) and which, with its movement capability, enables the articulated staircase landing(6.1) to move on the entry staircase(6) in harmony with the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l) and permits its movement.

3- The landing movement mechanism(6.2) mentioned in Claim 2, characterized in that it comprises; the landing ball bearing(6.2.2) which, due to its spherical structure, rolls and gives movement to the landing movement mechanism. 4- The landing movement mechanism(6.2) mentioned in Claim 2, characterized in that it comprises; the ball bearing support(6.2.1) in which the landing ball bearing(6.2.2) is placed and on which the articulated staircase landing(6.1) moves. 5- The landing movement mechanism(6.2) mentioned in Claim 2, characterized in that it comprises; the ball bearing cover(6.2.3) which is placed in the ball bearing support(6.2.1) and which enables the landing ball bearing(6.2.2) to remain fixed by being closed from the bottom. 6- The articulation system(6.3) mentioned in Claim 1 characterized in that, it comprises; the landing installation plate(6.3.1) which is installed on the articulated staircase landing(6.1) and provides connection with the moving structure(l).

7- The articulation system(6.3) mentioned in Claim 1 characterized in that, it comprises; the moving structure installation plate(6.3.2) which provides for the installation of the articulation system(6.3) in the moving structure(l).

8- The articulation system(6.3) mentioned in Claim 1 characterized in that, it comprises; the pivot shaft(6.3.3) which connects the landing installation plate(6.3.1) and the moving structure installation plate(6.3.2) to each other and enables these two plates to operate with a hinge system.

FLEXIBLE INSTALLATIONS AND STAIRCASE CONNECTIONS IN NON- EARTHQUAKE BUILDING SYSTEM

This invention relates to flexible installations and staircase connections in non- earthquake building systems which have a moving structure and a rigid structure zone in non-earthquake building systems which can be applied on all kinds of separate regime buildings, which, by making the entries and exits of natural gas, electricity, water and other installations into the moving structure from the rigid structure zone flexible, prevents damage to installations fittings during the oscillating movement of the moving structure, which, by making the staircase connection flexible, enables the movement of the moving structure without damaging the staircase entrance. Earthquake is known as a natural disaster the effects and time of which cannot be precisely determined. The fact that the effects and time of the earthquake cannot be determined precisely causes the measures required to be taken for the future remain limited. Measures which can be taken against earthquake comprise alterations made on the building structure and statics to enable the building to maintain its integrity during an earthquake, and shelters, automatic gas-power cut off systems to prevent incidents like fire, collapse and explosions during an earthquake. In building systems which have a rigid structure zone and a moving structure on top the installations connections pass from the rigid structure zone to the moving structure. In order to avoid damage to installations connections entering the rigid structure zone and the waste water exits exiting the structure during an earthquake the entry and exit connections are required to be flexible and adapt to the horizontal and vertical movement the structure makes in all directions.

This invention, which relates to flexible installations and staircase connections in non- earthquake building systems which have a moving structure and a rigid structure zone in non-earthquake building systems which can be applied on all kinds of separate regime buildings, which, by making the entries and exits of natural gas, electricity, water and other installations into the moving structure from the rigid structure zone flexible, prevents damage to installations fittings during the oscillating movement of the moving structure, which, by making the staircase connection flexible, enables the movement of the moving structure without damaging the staircase entrance entirely overcomes the disadvantages arising from the structure having movement and is characterized in that; the installations connections entering to the moving structure from the rigid structure zone and the connection pass of waste water installations exiting the structure are flexible, that damage to the installations connections is prevented during the movement of the moving structure during an earthquake, that the structure's entrance staircase connection which connects the moving structure and the external environment is articulated and in addition to manner which permits the movement of the moving structure.

The passage for installations-connections between the rigid structure zone and the moving structure found in the building system has flexible properties. In the event the moving structure makes oscillating movement during an earthquake, flexible properties of the installations connections prevent damage to them. By virtue of this, because the damage to the installations connections is prevented during an earthquake, measures can be taken against possible accidents and disasters which may occur.

Because the connection to the ground of the staircase and similar structural elements through which entrance into the structure are provided are rigid, they may prevent easy movement of the structure and damage occurs at the point of connection with the moving structure due to the compressive flexible which the moving structure makes by its own weight. In order to avoid this damage and enable the structure to do its oscillating movement easily and without damage, the external connection of staircases and similar structural elements with the moving structure need to be articulated. By this means, the staircase entrance is not damaged during an earthquake and its use is made possible after the earthquake as well. This invention is described in the foregoing by only exemplifying in more detail with reference to the drawings in the attachment, in those drawings; Figure 1 Is the general view of the building system.

The use of the invention is as follows:

The connections of buildings with the external environment are provided by installations connections and external staircases. However, in building systems having a moving structure(l) placed on a rigid structure zone(2), because the installations connections and entrance staircase are constructed in the rigid structure zone or outside the building with connection to the building they are damaged during the movement of the moving structure(l) during an earthquake. Therefore, the articulated staircase landing(6.1) is used which permits the movement of the moving structure(l) during the earthquake.

The flexible installations entry(3); reaches the building system passing from the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) located in the rigid structure zone(2) also through the moving structure inner curtain(l .l) located in the moving structure(l). The flexible installations entry(3) has flexible properties. The entrance of lines such as electricity, water, natural gas, telephone, internet etc. which a building system needs is provided into the building via the flexible installations entry(3). By virtue of the flexible property of the flexible installations entry(3) it adapts to the oscillating movement of the moving structure(l) during an earthquake and damage is prevented to the flexible installations entry(3) , which shows flexing properties.

The flexible installations exit(4); leaves the building system by passing from the moving structure inner curtain(l .l) located in the moving structure(l) by also passing through the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) located in the rigid structure zone(2). The flexible installations exit(4) has flexible properties. The exit of the waste water discharge which a building system needs is provided by the flexible installations exit(4). By virtue of the flexible property of the flexible installations exit(4) it adapts to the oscillating movement of the moving structure(l) during an earthquake and damage is prevented to the flexible installations exit(4), which shows flexing properties. The flexible installations entry(3) reaches the building by passing from the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) and the moving structure inner curtain(l . l) under the ground level(7), and the external wall of the moving structure(l) above the ground level(7). With the entry staircase(6) entry and exit from the outside to the building systems is provided. Similar structural elements which provide for the connection of the building system with the external environment together with the entry staircase(6) are similarly produced and their connection are provided.

The articulated staircase landing(6.1) is located in the section where the entry staircase(6) is connected to the moving structure(l). The articulated staircase landing(6.1) moves together with the moving structure(l) future the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l). By this means damage to the entry staircase(6) during the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l) is prevented and permits the oscillating movement of the moving structure(l). The landing movement mechanism(6.2) is located in between the articulated staircase landing(6.1) and the entry staircase(6). The landing movement mechanism(6.2) enables the articulated staircase landing(6.1) to permit the oscillating movement of the moving structure^ ) on the entry staircase(6). In our invention as the landing movement mechanism(6.2) preferably a ball bearing system is used.

There are the ball bearing support(6.2.1), landing ball bearing(6.2.2) and ball bearing cover (6.2.3) in the landing movement mechanism(6.2). The landing ball bearing(6.2.2) rolls and provides movement in all directions and is placed inside its housing located in the ball bearing support(6.2.1). The landing ball bearing(6.2.2) placed in the ball bearing support(6.2.1) is fixed in the ball bearing support (6.2.1) with the closing of the ball bearing cover(6.2.3) from the bottom.

The articulation system(6.3) provides the connection of the articulated staircase landing(6.1) to the moving structure and its articulated movement. The articulation system(6.3) consists of the landing installation plate(6.3.1), the moving structure installation plate(6.3.2) and the pivot shaft(6.3.3).

The landing installation plate(6.3.1) is installed on the articulated staircase landing(6.1) and provides the articulated staircase landing(6.1) connection of the articulation system(6.3).

The moving structure installation plate(6.3.2) provides the installation of the articulation sy stem(6.3 ) to the moving structure( 1 ) .

The pivot shaft(6.3.3) connects the landing installation plate(6.3.1) and the moving structure installation plate(6.3.2) to each other and enables their operate with the hinge system known and used in the technique.

In the event the moving structure(l ) makes an oscillating movement during an earthquake; the flexible installations entry(3), which reaches the building system by passing from rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) through the moving structure inner curtain(l . l), flexes against the movement which the moving structure(2) makes along the structure cavity(5) and is not damaged. The flexible installations exit(4), which leaves the building system by passing through the rigid structure zone external curtain(2.1) from the moving structure inner curtain(l. l), flexes against the movement which the moving structure(2) makes along the structure cavity(5) and is not damaged.

In the event the moving structure(l) makes an oscillating movement during an earthquake; the articulated staircase landing(6.1) located on the entry staircase(6) can move by virtue of the landing movement mechanism(6.2) and permits the oscillation movement of the moving structure(l). In this case undamaged use of the entry staircase(6) is also ensured after the earthquake.
