Abstract:
According to this method for manufacturing a flexible light-emitting device, a laminate structure (100) is readied, the laminate structure (100) being provided with: a base (10); a functional layer region (20) including a TFT layer and a light-emitting element layer; a flexible film (30) which is positioned between the base and the functional layer region and which supports the functional layer region; and a release layer (12) which is positioned between the flexible film and the base and which is fixed to the base. The release layer is irradiated with peeling light (216) which is transmitted through the base, and the flexible film is peeled from the release layer. The release layer is formed from a polycrystal of tantalum nitride.
