Abstract:
A manufacturing method for a flexible OLED display (30). A plurality of first polymer layers (11) are adhered by transfer means to a rigid substrate (20) to which has been applied a plurality of rings (21) of frame adhesive, then a second polymer layer (22) is coated on to said plurality of first polymer layers (11) and said rigid substrate (20); a plurality of TFT layers (23) and a plurality of OLED components (24) are then made on the second polymer layer (22) at positions corresponding to the inner sides of said plurality of rings (21) of frame adhesive, then encapsulation is performed; finally a plurality of OLED displays (30) are obtained by means of cutting along lines passing through the area within said plurality of rings (21) of frame adhesive. The present manufacturing method effectively resolves the problem in flexible OLED display manufacture of it being difficult to separate the flexible substrate from the rigid substrate (20), thus greatly increasing the production efficiency and product yield rate of flexible OLED displays (30).
