Abstract:

A preparation method for a flexible OLED comprises the steps of: S1, sequentially laminating to prepare an anode (12) and a hole transport layer (13) on a substrate (11), and sequentially laminating to prepare a cathode (22) and an electron transport layer (23) on a cover plate (21); S2, carrying out acidification treatment on the surface of the electron transport layer (23) to obtain a cover plate assembly, and carrying out acidification treatment on the surface of the hole transport layer (13); S3, preparing a limiting cavity (14) on the hole transport layer (13) on which acidification treatment has been carried out; S4, injecting a liquid light emitting material into the limiting cavity (14) to form a light emitting layer (15), so as to obtain a substrate assembly; and S5, clipping the cover plate assembly to the substrate assembly to obtain the flexible OLED. According to the preparation method, by carrying out acidification treatment on the surface of the electron transport layer (23) and the surface of the hole transport layer (13) adjacent to the liquid light emitting layer (15), bonding and anchoring effects occur between the liquid light emitting layer (15) and the functional layers, a better adhering effect is achieved, and an interlayer binding force is improved, thereby improving the transmission and injection efficiency of a current carrier. Also disclosed is the flexible OLED obtained by using the preparation method.
