The flexible organic light emitting diode display panel comprises: a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate having a bending area and two non-bending areas positioned on the left and right two sides of the bending area; and a high elasticity material layer, the high elasticity material layer being arranged on the bottom surface of the flexible substrate corresponding to the bending area.
