Abstract:
A flexible panel and a manufacturing method therefor, the method comprising: coating a photosensitive adhesive material on a glass substrate (101) to form a photosensitive layer (110); forming a scattering layer (120) and an ultraviolet blocking layer (130) on the photosensitive layer (110) in sequence; forming a flexible substrate layer (140) on the ultraviolet blocking layer (130); fabricating an electronic device (150), an optical device (160) and an encapsulating layer (170) in sequence on the flexible substrate layer (140); irradiating the photosensitive layer (110) with ultraviolet light from one side of the glass substrate (101) to reduce the peeling strength of the photosensitive layer (110), so that the scattering layer (120) is separated from the glass substrate (101) to form a flexible panel. By using the described method, the photosensitive layer (110), the scattering layer (120), and the ultraviolet blocking layer (130) are formed on the glass substrate (101), so that the scattering layer can be easily separated from the glass substrate.
