Abstract:
Provided is a flexible pipe which exhibits excellent blister resistance in a high temperature and high pressure environment even if provided with a thick resin pipe. A flexible pipe which is provided with a resin pipe having a thickness of more than 5 mm, and which is characterized in that the resin that constitutes the resin pipe has a CO2 permeability coefficient P(CO2) at 150°C of 20 × 10-9 cm3·cm/cm2·s·cmHg or less, a CH4 permeability coefficient P(CH4) at 150°C of 10 × 10-9 cm3·cm/cm2·s·cmHg or less, a ratio of the CO2 diffusion coefficient D(CO2) to the CO2 solubility coefficient S(CO2) at 150°C, namely D(CO2)/S(CO2) of 3 × 10-5 Pa·m2/s or more, and a ratio of the CH4 diffusion coefficient D(CH4) to the CH4 solubility coefficient S(CH4) at 150°C, namely D(CH4)/S(CH4) of more than 15 × 10-5 Pa·m2/s.
