Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flexible planar heating element and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a flexible planar heating element and a method for manufacturing the same, the planar heating element comprising: a first synthetic resin film (110) on a thin film having a insulation property; a conductive layer (120) in which an electrical conductive material is printed or attached in a predetermined pattern on the first synthetic resin film (110); a heating layer (130) in which a heating material in a carbon paste phase is printed in a predetermined pattern on the first synthetic resin film (110) having the conductive layer (120) printed thereon; and an electrode terminal (200), which is in contact with one side of the conductive layer (120) such that an external power is applied to the conductive layer, wherein the conductive layer is designed to have an uniform heating distribution, thereby allowing the planar heating element to have excellent electrical safety as well as flexibility sufficient to be folded or bent.
