Provided is a flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layer inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact, which is composed of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (11) as a space for storing contents, Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (11) as a middle layer, and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 3 (13) as the outer layer. Empty Space 1 (21) between Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (11) and Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Empty Space 2 (22) between Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 3 (13) are used to store gases or liquids or foam or air pillow to maintain temperature and prevent impact.

Claims

1. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in this invention is composed of the following:

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), which is used for content that is liquid or solid, particularly content requiring temperature maintenance and impact prevention;

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12), which is designated as a flexible pouch located in the middle layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) to create Empty Space 1 (21);

Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1(13), which is designated as a flexible pouch located in the outer layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) in order to create Empty Space 2 (22).

Special Features:

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1 ) with its small diameter in which the pouch is designated as the space for storing content at the inner layer functions to store either liquid or solid content, particularly content requiring temperature maintenance and impact prevention.

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) with its pouch diameter that is larger than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) which is designated as a flexible pouch that is located in the middle layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1 ) to create Empty Space 1 (21) for storing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation (15) such as foam or air pillow cushions for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) with its pouch diameter that is larger than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) which is designated as a flexible pouch located in the outer layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) to create Empty Space 2 (22) for storing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen. or insulation (15) such as foam or air pillow cushions for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

The openings of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) and Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) are sealed together in order to seal the space for storage as well as Empty Space 1 (21) and Empty Space 2 (22), respectively.

2. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 1 is such that one small diameter flexible pouch and one large diameter flexible pouch that is worn over it face each other in at least two layers and up. The flexible pouch with the other pouch worn over it has a smaller diameter than the outer layers.

3. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 2 is such that the opening of one small diameter flexible pouch and one large diameter flexible pouch that is worn over it facing each other in at least two layers and up are sealed together in order to close the space for storing contents and the empty space for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

4. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1-3 is such that the bottoms of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1(13) are stand-up pouches.

5. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 4 is such that the bottom of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1(13) is a stand-up pouch.

6. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -5 is such that the bottom of the flexible pouch at the outermost layer is a stand-up pouch.

The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -6 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) located inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) has the opening of the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) sealed in order to close the storage space in which the position of one of the openings to the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) is equipped with at least one exit to remove contents.

8. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1-7 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) located in Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) composed of a two-way tube in the inner layer is composed of Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2 (18) located inside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14), respectively, and the one-way tube (16) that is connected to the two-way tube outside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) functions as an opening for contents to exit/be removed.

9. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 8 is such that Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2

(16) has a valve to prevent back flow to prevent the contents from flowing back into the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14).

10. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -9 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) and Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 are joined together in at least two places and up where at least the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) located in Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 have larger diameters.

The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 10 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) and one large diameter flexible pouch are joined together in at least two places and up where at least the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) located in one large diameter flexible pouch have larger diameters.

12. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -1 1 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) and Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and one large diameter flexible pouch are joined together in at least two places and up where at least the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) located in Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and one large diameter flexible pouch have larger diameters.

13. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -12 is such that more than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) located in Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 has a larger diameter.

14. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1-13 is such that more than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) located in one large diameter flexible pouch has a larger diameter. 15. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -14 is such that more than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) located in Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and one large diameter flexible pouch has a larger diameter.

16. The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -15 is such that one of the positions of the openings for Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) are equipped with an opening in the form of a closed lid (30) equipped with an inner tube for contents to exit (31) located inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1 ) and an outer tube (32) located inside the Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1). The end of the outer tube (32) can be opened-closed (33) for contents to exit/be removed.

17. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -16 is such that the location of the opening of one small diameter flexible pouch and the opening of one large diameter flexible pouch are equipped with an exit in the form of a closed lid (30) that is equipped with an inner tube located inside the flexible pouch with the smallest diameter and an outer tube located outside the flexible pouch with the smallest diameter. The end of the outer tube will have an open-close lid (33) for contents to exit/be removed. 18. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1 -17 is such that the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) is equipped with at least one exit to remove contents that is composed of a two-way tube in the inner layer composed of Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2 (18) located inside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14), respectively. And the one-way tube (16) is connected to the two-way tube outside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) at the end of the open-close lid (33) for contents to exit/be removed.

19. flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in Claim 18 is such that Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2 (18) has a valve to prevent back flow (23) to prevent the contents from flowing back into the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14).

The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1-19 is such that one location of the opening of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) has handles (19) shaped by the gas pressure and functioning as handles (19) for transport. 21. The flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in any of Claims 1-20 is such that one location of the openings of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1(13) are equipped with an exit for contents that is shaped by the sealing for closure. One of the locations of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) has a notch (20) to permit manual tearing.

Description:
FLEXIBLE POUCH EQUIPPED WITH MULTI-LAYERED INNER POUCH FOR MAINTAINING TEMPERATURE AND PREVENTING IMPACT

Background of Relevant Arts or Science

In the previous invention cited in US 20080199108 Al , the Flexible Stand-Up Pouch with Integral Fitment and Internal Straw was disclosed as an accessory for liquids in which the accessory is attached to the upper part of the pouch whereby the upper part is sealed together and to the sealed part of the accessory. The accessory contains a straw and cap for sealing liquids inside the pouch. The cap can be removed to allow access to the liquid in the pouch. The first disadvantage to the aforementioned is that there is no design that is capable of maintaining temperature and preventing impact. The only convenience is in opening and closing the cap and sealing the liquids tightly inside. The second disadvantage is that the aforementioned design is still a small portable pouch that is incapable of holding large amounts of liquid in large-sized designs for handling industrial transport and equipped with an exit for convenient removal of contents, maintaining temperature and protecting against impact. The third disadvantage is that the aforementioned design is that of a pouch that contains only one space for one type of content without any areas designed for more than one type of content for containing different types of content together in a space for maintaining temperature and preventing impact, unlike in this invention, which offers both.

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 with a small pouch diameter designated as the content area containing content in the inner position acts to hold liquid or solid contents, especially contents requiring temperature maintenance and impact prevention in the food industry or other industries.

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 with a larger pouch diameter than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 designated as the flexible pouch located at the center layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 in order to create Empty Space 1 for holding gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact. Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 with its larger pouch diameter than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 is designated as the flexible pouch located at the outer position and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 in order to create Empty Space 2 for holding gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact. The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 either contains a notch to allow tearing by hand or may not have a notch. The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 contains a loop formed by gas pressure and acting as the loop for transport or may not contain a loop.

The opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and the opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 are sealed with the opening of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 in order to seal the content area as well as Empty Space 1 and Empty Space 2, respectively.

In the method where the first position of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and part of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and part of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 are installed as an exit for content in the form of a closed lid composed of an inner tube located within Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and an outer tube in the outer part of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 , the end of the outer straw contains an open-close lid to allow for removal of content.

By the method in which the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact successfully provides at least one pair of Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 with the opening of a pair of Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 being sealed in order to seal the content area, the first position of the opening of a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches will be equipped with at least a one-way exit for content in the form of a closed lid consisting of an inner two-way tube composed of Sub-Tube 1 and Sub-Tube 2 at the inner position of a pair of Small Diameter Pouches 1 , respectively, and a one-way outer tube connected to the two-way tube located outside a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1. At the end of the outer tube is an open-close lid to provide exit to content which also works for maintaining temperature and preventing impact. The details will be further explained in the topic on full disclosure of invention. Invention Characteristics and Objectives

The flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact is composed of the following:

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 with a small pouch diameter designated as the area containing content in the inner position acts to hold liquid or solid contents, especially contents requiring temperature maintenance and impact prevention in the food industry or other industries.

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 has a larger pouch diameter than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 designated as the flexible pouch located at the center layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 in order to create Empty Space 1 for holding gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 has a larger pouch diameter than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 designated as the flexible pouch located at the outer position and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 in order to create Empty Space 2 for holding gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact. The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 may or may not have a notch to allow manual tearing. The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 may or may not have a loop formed by gas pressure and acting as the loop for transport.

The opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and the opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 are sealed with the opening of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 in order to seal the content area and Empty Space 1 and Empty Space 2, respectively.

Or by the method in which the flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch successfully arranges for a number of small diameter flexible pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches to be worn together in at least two layers and more, the aforementioned characteristics of a number of small diameter flexible pouches worn together contain a number of smaller diameter flexible pouches than the outer layer into the layer in a planned manner in order to create a number of empty spaces for containing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. and containing the characteristics such that the innermost layer of flexible pouches provide an area for containing content in the innermost position acting to contain liquid or solid content, especially content that require temperature maintenance and impact prevention.

The opening of a number of small diameter flexible pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches worn over together at least in two layers will be sealed together to seal the content area and a number of open spaces for temperature maintenance and impact prevention;

Or by the method with the first position of the opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and the opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and part of the opening of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 is equipped with a content exit in the form of a closed lid consisting of an inner tube located in the inside of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and an outer tube located outside of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 , the end of the outer tube contains an open- close lid to provide exit for content;

Or the first position of a number of small diameter flexible pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches with an exit installed for content in the form of a closed lid composed of an inner tube located inside the smallest diameter flexible pouch and an outer tube located outside the smallest diameter flexible pouch, whereby the end of the outer tube contains an open-close lid to provide exit for content;

Or by the method with the bottom of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 and the bottom of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and the bottom of Large Flexible Pouch 1 in the form of stand up pouches or the bottom of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 in the form of a stand up pouch, or the bottom of the outermost layer of flexible pouch in the form of a stand up pouch, one or another, for usage set-up;

Or by the method where the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact continues to successfully arrange for at least one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 with the opening of a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 being sealed to seal the content area. The position of a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 is at least equipped with a one-way content exit in the form of a closed lid composed of a two-way inner tube consisting of Sub- Tube 1 and Sub-Tube 2 located inside a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1, respectively, and a one-way outer tube connected to the two-way tube located outside a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 whereby the end of the outer tube contains an open-close lid to provide exit for content and jointly work for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

Empty Space 1 functions to contain gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen by squeezing Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 to generate pressure inside Empty Space 1 to press a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 to squeeze the content out by the one-way outer exit.

The aforementioned method also produces a form for a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 to squeeze out content by the one-way outer tube in an equal quantity, whereby the Empty Space 1 must be arranged to release gases such as argon or nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen, etc. to allow movement inside Empty Space 1 to support expression and pressure;

Or Small Diameter Pouch 1 and the opening of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and the opening of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 can be successfully equipped with an exit for content formed by closing the seal. The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 has a notch to permit manual tearing away;

Or Sub-Tube 1 and Sub-Tube 2 can be successfully equipped with a check valve to prevent the content from flowing back into a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1.

Or a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1, a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 and a number of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch can be successfully arranged by at least two or more layers with at least a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 inside a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches with larger diameter. Or at least one more than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 can be successfully arranged in the same design that jointly functions for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

The objective of this invention is to provide a flexible pouch equipped with a multi- layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact for use in transportation or the food industry.

Another objective is to create pressure in a number of empty spaces for storing gases or liquids in order to squeeze a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 to express the contents in equal amounts. Branch of Science Associated with the Invention

Full Disclosure of the Invention

Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 illustrate the components of the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in this invention, which are composed of the following:

Small Diameter Flexible 1 (1 1) with a small diameter flexible pouch designated as the area for storing content in the inner layer functioning to hold liquid or solid content, especially content that require temperature maintenance and impact prevention for the food industry or other industries.

Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) with its pouch diameter that is larger than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1 ) which is designated as a flexible pouch that is located in the middle layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1) to create Empty Space 1 (21) for storing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation (15) such as foam or air pillow cushions (air pillow cushions) , etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact

Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) with its pouch diameter that is larger than Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12), which is designated as a flexible pouch located in the outer layer and worn over Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) to create Empty Space 2 (22) for storing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen, or insulation (15) such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. for maintaining temperature and preventing impact. The openings of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1(13) are sealed together in order to close the space for storing contents and Empty Space 1 (21) and Empty Space 2 (22), respectively.

Or by the method where the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch continues to successfully arrange for a number of small diameter flexible pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches to be worn together in at least two layers and up, so the number of flexible pouches worn together have a number of flexible pouches with descending diameter from the outer layer to the inner layer in a systematic manner in order to create a number of empty spaces for containing gases such as argon and nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen or insulation (15) such as foam or air pillow cushions, etc. and in the characteristics such that the innermost layer of flexible pouches provides the content area for containing content in the innermost position functioning to hold liquids or solids, especially content that require temperature maintenance and impact prevention. The opening of a number of small diameter flexible pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches worn together in at least two or more layers will be sealed together to seal off the content area and a number of empty spaces for maintaining temperature and preventing impact.

Or by the method where the bottoms of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) are in the form of stand-up pouches or where the bottom of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) is in the form of a stand-up pouch or where the bottom of the flexible pouch at the outermost layer is in the form of a stand-up pouch. Figure 3 or by the method where the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact continues to successfully arrange at least a pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (14) inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) where the openings of the pair of Small Diameter Pouches (14) are sealed in order to seal off the content area where the first location of the pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches (14) will be equipped with at least a one-way exit for content composed of a two-way tube composed of Sub-Tube 1 (17 and Sub-Tube 2 (18) located inside the pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches (14), respectively, and a one-way outer tube (16) that is connected to the two-way tube in the outside of the pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches (14) functions as an opening for contents to exit/be removed.

In the function where Empty Space 1 (21) holds gases such as argon or nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen, Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) must be squeezed in order to create pressure inside Empty Space 1 (21) to press the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) to squeeze content out by the one-way outer tube (16). The aforementioned method can also cause the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) to express content by the one-way outer tube (16) in equal amounts where Empty Space 1 (21 ) must be arranged to release gases such as argon or nitrogen or liquids such as liquid nitrogen, etc. to allow movement inside Empty Space 1 (21 ) in order to support expression and pressure.

Or it can continue to successfully arrange for Sub-Tube 1 (17 and Sub-Tube 2 (16) to be equipped with a valve to prevent back flow (23) (see Figure 6) to prevent content from flowing back into the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14).

Or it can continue to successfully arrange for a pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) and a number of Small Diameter Pouches 2 with number of large diameter pouches to be joined together in at least two places and up. The pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) and a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 2 or a number of large diameter flexible pouches are joined together in at least two placed and up so that that at least the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) is inside a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 2 and a number of large diameter flexible pouches with larger diameters, or in such a form that at least a pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) is inside a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 2 or a number of large diameter flexible pouches with larger diameters.

More than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 (1 1) is inside a number of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 2 or;

More than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 (1 1) is inside a number of large diameter flexible pouches with larger diameters or; More than one pair of Small Diameter Flexible Pouches 1 (1 1) is inside a number of

Small Diameter Flexible Pouches and a number of large diameter flexible pouches with larger diameters.

Or where the first position of the openings of a number of small diameter flexible pouches and the openings of a number of large diameter pouches are equipped with an exit for content in the form of a closed lid (30) composed of an inner tube located inside the smallest diameter flexible pouch and an outer tube located outside the smallest diameter flexible pouches where the end of the outer tube is an open-close lid (33) to provide exit for content. Or by the method where the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact can successfully arrange for at least the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) inside Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) where the opening of the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) will be sealed in order to seal the content area where the first position of the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) will be equipped with at least one exit to remove contents that is composed of a two-way tube in the inner layer composed of Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2 (18) located inside located inside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14), respectively, and an outer one-way tube (16) connected to the two-way tube outside the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14) where the end is an open-close lid (33) to provide exit for content. Sub-Tube 1 (17) and Sub-Tube 2 (18) contains a valve to prevent back flow (23) to prevent content from flowing back into the pair of small diameter flexible pouches (14).

Figure 7 illustrates the flexible pouch equipped with a multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in this invention with a handle (19).

The first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) has handles (19) formed by gas pressure acting handles (19) for transport.

Figure 8, Figure 9 and Figure 10 illustrates a flexible pouch equipped with multi-layered inner pouch for maintaining temperature and preventing impact in this invention with a notch (20).

The openings of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) are sealed together in order to close the space for holding contents and Empty Space 1 (21 ) and Empty Space 2 (22), respectively.

The first position of the openings of Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (1 1), Small Diameter Flexible Pouch 2 (12) and Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) will be equipped with an opening for content formed by sealing together for closure whereby the first position of Large Diameter Flexible Pouch 1 (13) has a notch (20) for manual tearing.
