Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of radio frequency electronics. Disclosed are a flexible radio frequency coil and a preparation method therefor. The flexible radio frequency coil comprises a first woven fabric layer, a first adhesive film layer, a radio frequency printing layer, a second adhesive film layer and a second woven fabric layer, wherein the first adhesive film layer is compounded on the surface of the first woven fabric layer, and the second adhesive film layer is compounded on the surface of the second woven fabric layer; the radio frequency printing layer is encapsulated between the first adhesive film layer and the second adhesive film layer; and the radio frequency printing layer comprises a mask not immersed a liquid metal, and a liquid metal coil, with the liquid metal coil being formed in a coil-shaped groove preformed in the mask. The flexible radio frequency coil in the embodiments of the present invention compounds woven fabric with an adhesive film, encapsulates a liquid metal, and utilises the flexible characteristics of the liquid metal and the woven fabric, so as to form a flexible radio frequency coil that is ultra flexible; and the surface of the woven fabric of the flexible radio frequency coil improves the wearing comfort for a user, thereby improving the user experience.
