The flexible substrate comprises: a first flexible layer (110) comprising a bending region and a display region; a metal oxide layer (111) disposed on the display region of the first flexible layer (110); and a first metal layer (101) disposed on the bending region of the first flexible layer (110), the surface of the first metal layer (101) being oxidized as a metal oxide layer (113).
