A flexible substrate material (10), comprising: a flexible substrate (12) and a graphene reinforcement (11) dispersed inside the flexible substrate (12). The graphene reinforcement (11) comprises a graphene substrate (111) and metal nano-particles (112), the graphene substrate (111) is of a lamellar structure, and the metal nano-particles (112) are distributed on the surface of the lamellar structure of the graphene substrate (111). A method for preparing the flexible substrate material (10) and a flexible display panel.
