Abstract:
A flexible substrate comprising: a support plate having a first surface; a line portion positioned on the first surface, and having a first-side surface and a second-side surface on a side opposite to the first-side surface; and a protection member covering the line portion and adjoining the first surface. The line portion is provided with a flexible insulating base material positioned on the first surface, and a wiring layer disposed on the insulating base material. The protection member is spaced apart from at least a part of the first-side surface with an air layer therebetween, and is spaced apart from at least a part of the second-side surface with an air layer therebetween. The air layers extend along the line portion.
