Abstract:
A flexible support frame integrated flexible tire, comprising a tread complex (1), an intermediate flexible support frame ring (2), and a built-in rim (3). The built-in rim (3) is provided at the middle position thereof with an axle hole fitting an axle so as to facilitate the mounting of same at a later stage. The intermediate flexible support frame ring (2) is made of an ultrahigh-strength polyurethane elastic polymer material. The built-in rim (3) is directly mounted on the axle. The intermediate flexible support frame ring (2) is fittingly mounted on the built-in rim (3) via a keyed groove. The tread complex (1) is vulcanized and attached to the intermediate flexible support frame ring (2). The intermediate flexible support frame ring (2) consists of an outer support ring (21), an inner support ring (22), and an intermediate arced frame (24) connecting the outer support ring (21) and the inner support ring (22). The flexible tire can replace a conventional inflatable tire and can be mounted directly on an axle of a vehicle; the ultra-strong macromolecular material support frame provides the radial rigidness for load carrying on the tire; the need for inflation is obviated; the tire is puncture-resistant, free from blowout, and lightweight, has a high load carrying capacity, and has a strong cushioning capacity.
