Disclosed is a flexible supporting device of a solar battery, comprising: a solar battery (1), a flexible material (2) bearing the solar battery (1), and a connector (3) connecting the solar battery (1) and the flexible material (2). The connector (3) has a first connection part (32) for connecting the solar battery (1) and a second connection part (31) for connecting the flexible material (2), wherein the second connection part (31) has a groove (311) for accommodating the flexible material (2), and a bolt (7) penetrates a bottom wall (312) of the second connection part (31) to tightly press the flexible material (2) into the groove (311). Further disclosed are a light-filtering and sun-shading power generation system and a flexible mounting method forof a solar battery. The flexible supporting device of a solar battery and the light-filtering and sun-shading power generation system have advantages such as convenient operation, low costs and a long service life, and the assembly method thereof is simple.
