Abstract:
A flexible TFT substrate, a flexible display panel, and a flexible display device. According to the flexible TFT substrate provided by embodiments of the present application, a recessed structure is provided in a binding area, and an organic material is provided in the recessed structure, so that the bending resistance of the flexible TFT substrate can be improved; when the binding area is bent, the width of the binding area can be reduced, so that the width of the frame of the flexible display panel comprising the flexible TFT substrate is reduced, thereby realizing a narrow frame design.
