Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flexible thermoelectric device and a method for preparing same. The flexible thermoelectric device comprises: a thermoelectric material pillar array which comprises one or more n-type thermoelectric materials and p-type thermoelectric materials arrayed away from each other; electrodes which electrically connect the thermoelectric materials in the thermoelectric material pillar array; and foam for filling an empty space in the thermoelectric material pillar array at the least.
