Abstract:
In the disclosed flexible tube for fluid transport, a resin layer (5) is provided to the outer periphery of an interlocked tube (3). A shielding layer (7) is provided to the outer periphery of the resin layer (5). The shielding layer (7) shields corrosive gas that comes from a fluid flowing within the interlocked tube (3). The shielding layer (7) is formed from multilayered tape. An internal-pressure-resistant reinforcing layer (9) and an axial-force reinforcing layer (11) are provided to the outer periphery of the shielding layer (7). A protective layer (13) is provided to the outer periphery of the axial-force reinforcing layer (11). The multilayered tape (17) is configured from a metal layer (19) and a resin-coated section (21). The metal layer (19) is sandwiched in the resin-coated section (21). The metal layer (19) has a split section in a cross section. The split section (23) is formed at a predetermined angle with respect to the lengthwise direction of the multilayered tape (17).
