Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a flexographic printing plate original plate that suppresses the occurrence of wrinkling in an infrared ablation layer and demonstrates good microcell reproducibility when made into a flexographic printing plate, as well as providing a method for manufacturing a flexographic printing plate using said flexographic printing plate original plate. This flexographic printing plate original plate has a support body, a photosensitive layer, an intermediate layer, and an infrared ablation layer, in this order. The intermediate layer includes a rubber component and a resin component, and the resin component includes at least one of an acrylic resin and a methacrylic resin.
