Abstract:
A flight control device 10 for controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle 20, wherein the flight control device 10 is provided with: a region detection unit 11 for detecting a restricted flight zone 30 in which flight is restricted; a distance calculation unit 12 for calculating the distance d from the restricted flight zone 30 to the unmanned aerial vehicle 20; and a collision determining unit 13 for specifying the altitude and speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle 20 and determining, on the basis of the specified altitude and speed and the calculated distance d, whether or not the unmanned aerial vehicle 20 would land in the restricted flight zone 30 if the unmanned aerial vehicle 20 were to crash.
