Abstract:
The present invention prevents a communication relay device in the sky suitable for building a three-dimensional network from falling due to strong wind. The communication relay device is equipped with a relay communication station that performs wireless communication with a terminal device, and can fly in the sky under autonomous control or external control. The communication relay device is provided with a flight control unit that controls the flight of the communication relay device on the basis of flight control information determined so as to reduce the influence of strong wind generated around the communication relay device. The flight control information may include information for controlling at least one from among the flight direction, speed, altitude, orientation, flight route, and flight pattern of the communication relay device.
