This flight route generating method involves: accepting an input of a departure point and of a way point through which an unmanned flight vehicle (40) passes; and displaying, on a flight route passing through the departure point and the way point, an end-time arrival point where the unmanned flight vehicle (40) will reach at the end time of a time period during which the unmanned flight vehicle (40) is permitted to fly.
