Abstract:
Disclosed are a flipping-type food curing method and a heating structure and system for curing food, relating to flipping-type heating technology for heating food. A separated pot used comprises two container pots (2 and 3), the two container pots (2 and 3) being closed together to form a heating pot body; a stove assembly (413) for heating the separated pot comprises two container stove bodies (21 and 22), which respectively cooperate with the two container pots (2 and 3), the two container stove bodies (21 and 22) being closed together to form the stove assembly (413); the stove assembly (413) is placed on a rotation device, which can make same rotate; when the two container stove bodies (21 and 22) of the stove assembly (413) are unclosed, the separated pot is placed in a container stove body, and then another container stove body is closed; a heating source is started, making the stove body assembly (413) heat the separated pot; the rotation device is started, making the stove body assembly (413) rotate to exchange the top and bottom positions of the first container stove body (21) and the second container stove body (22) so as to realize a flipping movement of the food in the separated pot; and the stove body assembly (413) is opened to take out the separated pot.
