Abstract:

Disclosed is a float switch structure of a submersible electric pump. The float switch structure comprises a junction box (1), a switch (2), a float guide rod (3), a float (4), a connecting rod mechanism (5) and a compression cover (12). The connecting rod mechanism (5) takes a cylindrical pin (7) as a fulcrum and a swinging shaft, one end of the connecting rod mechanism shifts the micro switch (2) via a shifting fork (10), and the other end thereof is coupled to the float guide rod (3) and moves up and down under buoyancy and gravity of the float. The sealing structure between the connecting rod mechanism (5) and the junction box (1) is designed as an axial seal. The sealing between a seal (6) and a connecting rod (8) adopts a lip seal, and an O-ring seal is added to hold the seal. As the cylindrical pin (7) is taken as a fulcrum and a swing shaft, the friction is small, and the design is flexible and reliable.
