Abstract:
The present invention relates to a floatable sealed device, comprising of a cover mounted on the inner surface of the bottom of the out tube, and a tray mounted on the out surface of the bottom of the inner tube, a drain hole formed between the said cover and the tray, a floatable sealed ring set inside the cover floatable, the said hole can be sealed by said ring when the ring floated by the water. The advantage of the present invention: may reduce the water of the consumption which remained between the out surface of the inner tube and the inner surface of the out tube.
